I am now busy with my colleagues to prepare the convocation for the kolej.. The preparation is quite hard to handle and its just a few days ahead before we finish it. Then the most difficult part is the coordination and communication.
Today, our commitee is having a short meeting at 2.00pm.. Me, Hua Ping, Mr. Ricky, Mr. Sian, Mdm. Joanne, Ms. Linda and Ms. Jeanne. Only skeeter didn't show up beccause of she is taking a leave. So all we talk about is the follow up of the last meeting we have last months.. From that time, the duties are all decides among us.
Position of Duties:
Other than be the head usher, i still have to do coding of the gown to control the gown so that nothing unhappy things to happen before and after the ceremony.. Last Saturday, Hua Ping and me do the numbering of the gown according to the size at our kolej's small store with a bit of space and a finishing of gas iar conditioner.. hahaha.. I very headache that time as the circulation of air is not good and not much oxygen in such a small room.. We start at 1.00pm and in between got a few minutes breaks then continue to work. So we finish about 3.30pm..
After our meeting today, we are at first actually not so happy with the arrangement last time.. So i got suggest some ideas to Huaping and Mdm Joanne.. Hehe.. Luckily not rejected..Then just discuss.... discuss...... discuss..... then finish meeting and the hopefully our graduation ceremony will sucessfully in order..
